This statement describes the privacy policy for The Power Squash Academy website. By accessing our website, you agree to the terms of the privacy policy, as outlined below.

The Power Squash Academy respects your right to privacy of the personal information you provide to us. When you register with The Power Squash Academy, you will be asked to provide basic content information such as your name, phone numbers, email address, state or province or country of residence. Your personal information will be known only to authorized staff for internal business use. Unless required by due process of law, your personal information will not be provided to a third party without your permission.

Email addresses are never used for SPAM.

Payment Processing

The Power Squash Academy is an InternetSecure merchant. Transactions are processed in US dollars. MasterCard, VISA and American Express cards are accepted. After the transaction is completed, you will receive a receipt on-screen and via email.

Refunds

The Power Squash Academy provides a full refund minus $250 administrative fee until April 1st for summer camp. After April 1st only camp credit is given.  Camp credit allows for a change in session provided space is available during the same camp season or can be used for a future camp. Camp credit is valid through August of the next year. In the event a refund or credit is required please contact us and arrangements will be made.

Delivery

The Power Squash Academy is providing a service. In the event that unforeseen circumstances prevent camp from taking place, a full refund will be provided.
